It would be a good idea for Peonie to bundle up. I’m assuming the north is a chilly place, what with winter coming. Also, hiding her not inconsiderable assets from the more rape-inclined Northmen is probably an excellent idea. With enough clothing, she could just look fat and unappealing.
Disguise her as a tavern slattern. That would explain the bodacious ta-tas, and PP would have no trouble acting the part. Maybe Tiff could make PP wear the “Tavern Wench” t-shirt!
Tiff may have also meant Peonie’s royal regalia, what with the northern barbarians hating wizards and the Alliance. Either way, I see a dress-up montage of Peonie coming, like what we had for Tiff early on in the comic.
