My guess is there is some fairly tight corseting happening underneath that (either with an actual corset or a lining within the dress itself), so there’s no way anything is going to “fall out”.

Come to think of it, I have been considering attemting to replicate this dess design (maybe for some kind of cos-play situation, maybe just for the hell of it). Too bad all my current funds are going towards my college work…
