Work in healthcare. Doctors are nice, the real ones who tell patients they can’t have preventative obvious care is medicaid((as in the government insurance that obama says is trying to help you in that situation(but its so good that politicians decided to opt out of themselves when everybody else will have to have it in 2014)) you can have the leg amputated but aren’t covered for the removal of a festering ingrown nail thats rotting your big toe and that’ll eventually cause the amputation if not dealt with because its getting into the bone). The insurance man is ALWAYS the devil, maybe even more than lawyers.
